COVID-19 Testing

Effective Wednesday, August 4, 2021, COVID-19 testing at Memorial Urgent Care Centers will not be available for clearances (travel, procedures) or patients without symptoms (asymptomatic). If you do not have symptoms and require a COVID-19 test, please visit our COVID-19 Testing page to find a county sponsored testing site near you in Broward and/or Miami-Dade.

What is the visitation policy?

Given that COVID-19 is a global pandemic and a highly infectious disease affecting thousands in South Florida, Memorial had to take precautionary steps to preserve the well-being of our patients, staff, and physicians by restricting its visitation policy to prevent unnecessary exposure, with certain exceptions*.

  • We are restricting visitors accompanying patients at this time.
  • *Pediatric patients/children and adults with special needs (including seniors who require assistance from caregiver or family) are allowed one visitor.
